Adjusting our hearing aids is really simple & easy, with the whole process taking no longer than 5 minutes per ear!
That’s right, each hearing aid is individually adjustable, so even if you have different levels of hearing loss in each ear, these will work perfectly!
At the back of each hearing aid you’ll see a dial, which lets you adjust the volume of each hearing aid to the exact level you need in each ear.
Then, below that you’ll find the listening mode control, which allows you to change how your hearing aids process sounds in different environments.
For example, in louder environments you’re able to change to a mode that restricts as much background noise as possible.
So you’ll be able to join back in on conversations whether you’re talking to someone who’s soft spoken or has a deep voice, whether you’re at home or at church and even at restaurants - everything will be crystal clear and easy to understand
HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE HEARING AIDS?
Cleaning our hearing aids is really simple & easy, with all you having to do is remove the ear domes and wash them in warm, soapy water.
Then, for the rest of the hearing aid, you can gently wipe them down with a dry cloth to remove any dirt & debris.
If needed, you’re able to soak a paper towel in rubbing alcohol and gently clean each hearing aid, making sure to dry it right after.
